2. The road will be done by the vendor at his own expense.

3. The costs of the installation of the markers and the cadastral fees, park fees if applicable, will be paid by the Seller.

4. The Purchaser agrees to consent to the establishment of any public utility easements that may be requested by Bell Canada, Hydro-Quebec, cable vision companies or any other public utility
public utility companies. The installation of the hydro will be at the expense of the vendor.

5. The property acquired will be affected by a real and perpetual servitude which will provide for a development (Annex "A" of the Development Bylaw - which forms part of this contract) and easements of passage over private roads.

6. Maintenance and snow removal of the Jackrabbit Private Road shall be the responsibility of the Vendor. However, the Buyer shall contribute an annual sum of +$500 for snow removal and maintenance until the road is transferred to the Town of Ivry-sur-le-lac.

7. The Purchaser agrees to grant an easement in favor of the Town of Ivry-sur-le-lac to the maintenance of the portion of the Jackrabbit Road embankments located on the property.
